Next Event 8 April 2018

Our next She17 event takes place on Sunday 8 April 2-6pm at The Wild Card and has a different feature this month, by way of a women in music quiz. We have live music from Jemma Engle and Sam Henwood. One more act will be announced nearer the time.

We’ll also be back at the Stow-a-thon on Sunday 6 May. Then are taking a short break to focus on making music (Kim), studying & exams (Angie and Ruby) and doing our respective jobs (Kim & Angie), whilst reflecting on the past 5 years of running She17 events! How will we celebrate this mile-stone in June?

We will return to the Wild Card on Sunday 16 September for Shefest #5.

A very big thank you to everyone who supported Wild Women Week, a program of special events planned and organised in partnership with #iamDJ Appreciation Society, She17 and the Wild Card Brewery.  We raised total funds of £225, for our chosen charity Girls Rocks London. Thanks to all who came to these events and to those who generously donated.

A very big thank you to Councillor Grace Williams and Laura Butterworth from LBWF Women’s Safety Initiative, to Auntie Maureen, Sam Kurt, Other Theresa and Harmony E4 for providing the words and music at the Protests Songs open mic/spoken word event on International Women’s Day. A very big thank you to Natural Voices Choir, Chuck SJ Hay, Beth White, Sam Kurt, Finn D’Albert and Jemma Freeman for an amazing She’s Eclectic showcase of live original music on Friday 9th March. Thanks to the Wild Card Brewery also for letting us put on a show or two whilst in the middle of a major collaborative brew!
